Quality Assurance Center on SUNP promotes and develops the quality of study programmes, teaching and scientific research, continuously and systematically works to raise the quality of all activities at SUNP(lectures, grading systems, scientific research,quality control system of teaching and research, permanent education).

The basic principles of the Quality Assurance Center, which is also the part of the overall strategy of quality assurance, are following:

* Embedding quality culture in all aspects of SUNP;
* Building institutional mechanisms that will guarantee the continuous improvement;
* Adoption of the annual and long-term action plans,   approved by the Senate;
* At the suggestion of the Centre , Academic Council of SUNP approves and adopts the standards and procedures for quality assurance;

The procedures for quality assurance are determined for each area of quality assurance and they determine the detailed manner of the treatment of the subject in a system of quality assurance of university .
